RETURNS
REFUNDS
You can cancel your order (excluding custom orders) due to a change of mind PRIOR to dispatch of your order. If change of mind has occured after your order has been dispatched, you are responsible to return the items to Bombed Yarns with in two weeks of arrival at your postal address. You are also responsible for any loss of value if the item/s is not returned in original condition. Refunds will be refused if these conditions are not met.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If at any time you feel the item is faulty, please contact Sarah directly with any issues or concerns about your order. She will endevour to resolve your concern to her best ability.
CUSTOMS & TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
SHIPPING
Bombed Yarns freights three days a week. Orders are attended to in order as received. Pre orders are freighted out no later than a fortnight from when the order is made, unless the purcheser hears from Bombed Yarns with updated information.
Freight is a flat fee of $10. If you wish to express post your items, the flat fee is $15.00
All freight is sent via Australia Post. Tracking numbers are collected for all orders so items can be tracked. Bombed Yarns will not take any responsibility for Australias Post freight times or tracking updates. Bombed Yarns endevours to access as much possible as it can if there are any freight issues.

AUSTRALIA This item is tracked. If you would like express freight please choose Delivery Upgrade. For orders over $100 it is strongly recommended to purchase freight with insurance. This will cover for loss of parcels due to Australia Post. Choosing not to purchase extra insurance, the buyer accepts Bombed Yarns is not liable to replace the order, once it is lodged with Australia Post.
INTERNATIONAL This item is tracked. If the Australian Post charge is less than predicted charge, I will refund the difference.
