The Sheepish Little Sweater is sweet and fun! Look at those little sheep! Each one has such personality.
 
The colours selected give the sweater movement and life. For example, rather than using a straight cream for the sheep, we opted for a mildly variegated colourway. This gives the impression the sheep have been having a great time in a true Tasmanian paddock!
 
The sweater is knit top-down in one piece with raglan increases. It features a charming stranded-colourwork sheep motif at the base. The colourwork only ever features two colours at a time, meaning it's great for beginners.
 
The Sheepish Little Sweater pattern is designed by Melissa Kemmerer. The pattern is available on Melissa's Ravelry page and needs to be purchased separately. 
 
 
YARN BASE
All yarn in this kit is Dynamite 8ply DK | 100% Superwash Merino Wool | Approx. 225m per 100gm
 
You might note that the pattern calls for a worsted weight yarn. However, the pattern's recommended yarn is 190m per 100gm. Our 8ply is 225m per 100gm, and we made gauge on the recommended needles with this base. It made a beautiful fabric with lovely drape.

The Sheepish Little Sweater pattern is written for up to a size 10. If you would like a kit for a size larger than size 4, please get in touch and we can organise a kit for a larger size.
